This estate offers tranquillity being embedded in over 70.000 m² of land with lots of green plants, almond-, fig- and carob trees. Coming from Pollença or Puerto Pollença you turn to the picturesque village Cala San Vicente. You reach the finca by a private way through fields approximately 350m away from the street.

A bower covered with plants leads to the country house-style lounge-diner. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Right next to it there is a laundry room with a washing machine. From the kitchen as well as from the lounge you can reach the covered terrace inviting you to take meals, read, relax or enjoying the breeze from the bay nearby. The pool (4 x 8 m) is lined by a terrace and a BBQ area.

Back in the house you pass a corridor to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a complete bathroom. An additional bedroom with a king bed and a shower room en-suite is found at the end of the corridor.
