BOOKING CONDITIONS AT VILLAS DE POLLENSA 

1. The rental contract is sealed by confirmation of the reservation by VILLAS DE POLLENÇA.
2. The accorded rental fee includes all kind of additional costs, preparation of sheets, towels, table linen, etc. as well as cleaning except on Saturday and Sundays.
3. The rental fee has to be paid to VILLAS DE POLLENÇA. at completion of the contract 25% of the total price has to be paid as a deposit and the balance at the latest on the arrival day.
4. Booking Fee  : From 50.- Euros to 120.- Euros.
5. The Government of Balearic Islands establishes a tourist tax that must be paid on arrival. The amount depends on the number of persons and days of stay.
6. Cancelling of a reservation by the client has do be done in writing. In case of withdrawal from the contract up to 90 days, the deposit will be kept.
7. In case of withdrawal from the contract between 30 to 0 days we charge 100% of the total rental fee.
8. The client is legally liable for damages in the house caused by him, his family, his pets or his visitors. During the rental period the client is responsible for the house.

10. All pools are used at renters’s own risk. All children must be properly supervised.
11. With the signature of the booking confirmation the client accepts the booking conditions as binding for him.
