Easter comes early in 2027: Easter Sunday is 28 March. In Pollença that means Holy Week in a town with one of the most moving Good Friday ceremonies in Mallorca, spring walks along the coast and a private villa with room for the whole family. Some villas also change rate that same weekend, so the dates you choose can affect the price.

On the holidays some shops and services open shorter hours, so do your shopping beforehand.
On the night of Good Friday Pollença holds the Davallament: the figure of Christ is taken down from the cross at the Calvari chapel and carried down its 365 steps by torchlight. It is one of the most moving moments of Easter in Mallorca, so arrive early.
On Holy Thursday there are processions through the town, and on Palm Sunday families take woven palms and olive branches to Mass. Times change every year, so check them with the tourist office before you go. At the bakeries, look out for panades, savoury pies, and crespells, sweet Easter biscuits. You can read more about the town in our guide to Pollensa.
Late March is a quiet, green time of year in the north of the island. Days are mild, the countryside is in flower and the towns are busy with locals rather than summer crowds. It is a different holiday from July or August: less beach, more walking, cycling and long lunches outside.
These villas sleep 8 to 14 people. For the last three we have published 2027 rates that cover Easter, per week, as shown on each villa page in November 2026. For the others, ask us for the Easter rate.

Discover Can Perot in the Vall de March.

If your dates are flexible: Can Verd keeps the same rate over the whole of Easter, while at Can Perot and Gotmar Beach the days before 27 March are cheaper. We confirm the exact rate for your dates when you enquire.
Each villa has its own availability calendar and enquiry form. Choose one or two options, tell us your dates and the number of guests, and we will reply with the rate and availability. Once Villas de Pollença confirms the booking, you pay a 30 % deposit; the balance is due on the day of arrival at the latest. The details are in the booking conditions.
