Villa Playa is the perfect holiday villa for large families who love to be close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Ideally situated in Llenaire, Port Pollensa only 100 meters to the sea.

This property is situated in a lovely residential area called Llenaire. The villa is sorrounded by a large garden with lots of plants and trees. 

Past the pergola entrance there is a hall that leads to the big sitting room at the right, to the kitchen at the front and to the corridor at the right, where 4 bedrooms are. The biggest room in the house is the sitting room (to the left) and the living room. The windows give a view of the terrace, garden and the pool outside. Next to the living room with a special glas table, a door leads to the kitchen, a very nice furnished with another door that leads to the outside, where some fruit trees are. 

Going back to the corridor near the entrance, you will reach 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The main bedroom is really a big space with access to the garden. The spacious bathroom is equiped with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has a very nice shower and is in double bed. There are also 2 other double bedrooms that share 1 big batroom with shower and bath. The fifth bedroom is at another level, you can reach it usind a nice stair cming from the terrace near the pool. This bedrooms is also double with a nice shower / toilet room.  

The terrace outside is all covered, with confortable furniture. Table tennis is also at the villa. 

The villa has air conditioning and heating in all the rooms, and also sitting area.  A big swimming pool, Internet access and satelite tv. Very quiet situation at 100m from the quiet Llenaire beach.
