With a stylish blend of rustic and modern décor, the villa boasts a welcoming ambience with high-quality furnishings throughout.  The whole house at the same level, all in one level makes it easy for everyone to spend time together – whether they’re cooking, relaxing on sofas in the lounge, or gathering around the dining table.

Four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across one level, sleeping eight guests in beautiful rooms with stunning views of the countryside. There are a writing desk on a quiet corner for some working or learning time before  the Pool time.

Big windows around the house open to a massive garden overlooking an impressive chlorine pool surrounded by mountain views. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace with views into all this nature, and  invites you to healthy breakfasts and tasty dinners.  You’ll also find a separate barbecue area and a chill out corner with nice relaxing furniture. The plot is fenced and there is total privacy.

The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

In town, enjoy local goods from over 300 stalls in the Placa Major’s Sunday market. Have a nice dinner at the Square in Pollensa old Town or enjoy amazing seafood meals by the sea in Port Pollensa.
