Away from the main-road and very close to Puerto Pollensa in approx. 2 km, you find this typical country property. A very spacious, covered terrace with a nice big table, an open-fire, BBQ and oven invites for unforgettable evenings. The large pool has got a separated children pool with fence around the pool. And for the 2023 Seson new floors around the pool with arificial grass.

The villa is decorated with country furniture. The long living-dining room shows a nice space with a modern Couch. The full equipped kitchen is integrated. There is one double-bedroom with shower room ensuite downstairs. And another shower room near the living room. Upstairs you find two bedrooms, one with twinbeds and the other one with bath en-suite. All bedrooms can be made up as king beds.
