Can Gat is a big farmhouse, perfect for families with children. Situated only 5 minutes away by car to the center of Pollensa or to the beach.  Surrounded by a large garden and field plants this Finca is situated in the well-known area of Pollença "La Font". Large swimming - pool and garden area, with pool fence.

From the entrance, to the right, you get into a cozy lounge. The decoration realised is majorcan style with modern furniture. Her is a SAT TV, DVD and Wifi. . A passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room, very suitable to relax. From the entrance as well as from the living room you reach a large dining-room which looks like a knight´s hall. It continues to the left hand-side into a large living kitchen, whose bricked shelves are equipped with very beautiful plates and ceramics. Further, on the groundfloor, there is a pretty double bedroom with a showeroom (shower, bidet, WC).

The first floor covers 3 double bedrooms with 2 beds each. One showroom and one bathroom with bath are for these 3 bedrooms. Back downstairs, there are several doors leading outside to the wonderful garden with old trees, multicolored flowers and large lawns. The swimmingpool between the lawns has got 10m x 6m. And it is surrounded by a wood fence. In front, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a big wooden-table and a removable barbecue, inviting to very comfortable evenings. In front of the kitchen under an age-old, enormous tree there is another possiblity for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a large table with basket-chairs. "Can Gat" is ideally for families with children and young people. The property is very roomy and suitable for everyone.
