About 1 km away from the centre of Pollensa and close to the roman bridge, there is the beautiful Finca Can Bandris. This is a new built Finca in a very quiet location close to the walking road to the mountains and the Monastery Lluch. In 20 minutes walking distance you will be in the centre of Pollensa. There is a spacious parking before you come to the Main Entrance of the Villa.
A big garden with the swimming-pool and sun terrace extends in front of the property. The pleasant terrace in front of the Villa invites for dining and relaxing with confortable furniture as well as ping-pong. At the other end, an old very big mallorquin tree spends shadow during the whole day. There are two entrances to the house, one in front and the other one to the kitchen. The living-dining room is very tastefully decorated with modern and antique furniture.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for an up to date cooking. Downstairs there is also a double/twin bedroom with a shower/wc bath en suite. On the first floor you find a double/twin bedroom with bath en suite and another Double/twin bedroom with an attached bathroom with bath/wc etc. A splend sun terrace invites to relax with wonderful views over Pollensa and the Mountains. This property is completely new, very quiet, close to Pollensa and ideal for family with children and granparents who look for pieceful holidays.
